Loyalty Scheme

Here at Larkins' Restaurant we pride ourselves on the fact that most of our business comes from customers who come back to us month after month, year after year and that many of you are more like family and friends than customers. It is a pleasure serving you all and we really do appreciate your custom.

But we thought we can do better than simply thanking you and welcoming you back each time you visit with a smile and a catchup natter and so we've introduced a Loyalty Scheme which, initially, will be run via a straight forward Loyalty Card that has been launched with effect from 1st July 2014.

There are no catches - although, in this day and age there is small print (because there always is small print) - all you have to do is collect the required number of stamps on your card to collect your reward.

We do not ask you to fill in any application forms or provide us with any contact information as we like to keep things simple here at Larkins' Restaurant. 

That said, we do recommend that Loyalty Scheme participants ask to be added to our Contact List  as we plan to run further promotions for Cardholders quite apart from the fact that it's a great way of keeping up to date with what's going on here at Larkins' Restaurant.

 So, the next time you are in town, why not call in and pick up your Card?

Then you can start earning a Loyalty Stamp for every £20 you spend on Food. 10 Stamps fill the Card and you can redeem the Card for a bottle of House Wine when you next visit and order from our Lunch, Early Bird, Dinner or Sunday Lunch Menus

The Small Print

(otherwise known as Terms and Conditions)

The Larkins' Restaurant Loyalty Scheme is operated by Larkins Restaurant Limited and may be withdrawn, altered or cancelled at any time and without notice 

All Loyalty Cards issued under the scheme remain the property of Larkins' Restaurant and must be surrendered by the cardholder to the Restaurant upon request

The holder's Card will be impressed with one Loyalty Stamp for every £20 spent on Food at the time the bill is settled. Should multiple cardholders present a Loyalty Card then each Card will be stamped based on that cardholder's share of the paid Bill

Loyalty Cards must be presented for stamping when the food bill is settled and we will not stamp cards retrospectively. However, a temporary Loyalty Card will be issued on request and stamps collected on such cards can be transferred across cards upon surrender of the temporary Loyalty Card

Larkins' Restaurant reserves the right to choose the House Wine from its Wine List at its absolute discretion. The size of the bottle will always be a minimum of 75 cl.

The Loyalty Card Scheme may not apply to Ticketed Events hosted by Larkins' Restaurant. Such events will be clearly advertised as such. If the Loyalty Card Scheme is being offered on Ticketed Events but at a different rate of reward then this will also be clearly advertised on all promotional material connected to that event

The Loyalty Card Scheme will not operate in respect of Private Bookings such as, but not limited to, Wedding Receptions, Funeral Wakes and the like

All Food and Wine associated with the Loyalty Card Scheme must be consumed on the premises

There is no Cash alternative to the Reward(s) offered under the Loyalty Card Scheme and the Reward offered under the Scheme may be altered without notice

The Loyalty Card Scheme is only open to UK Residents aged over 18 years of age

No liability attaches to Larkins' Restaurant should the cardholder lose their Loyalty Card and, as a result, the cardholder is unable to redeem their Loyalty Card 

No Reward will be made for the redemption of Loyalty Cards that do not have the required number of Loyalty Stamp impressions

When redeeming a Loyalty Card, the cardholder must bring the Card to the attention of restaurant staff when being seated. We recommend pre-booking your table and mentioning that you wish to claim your Reward when you book to ensure your choice of House Wine - Red, White or Rose - will be in stock at the time of your visit

Larkins' Restaurant reserve the right to offer an alternate Reward of like monetary value should your choice of House Wine - Red, White or Rose - not be available when you choose to redeem you Card
