Norwegian Prawns served Cocktail Style will be finished with Fresh Devon Crab


Roast Baron Welsh Lamb Red Wine Sauce

Roasted to Perfection these saddles of Welsh Bred Lamb are to be hand carved and served on a 

sumptuous sauce of full bodied Red Wines refined with Redcurrant Jelly


Medallions Pork Fillet Piazziola

A great Full flavored Tomato and Herb sauce perfectly accompanies thes Medallions of Pork 

Cut from the Tenderloin and giving this dish a distinctive Italian Style


Baked Fillet Salmon Mussel and Smoked Salmon sauce

 Gently Baked Fillet of Scottish Salmon is to be partnered to a lovely Fish and Cream sauce 

garnished with Mussels and Ribbons of Smoked Salmon


Deep Fried Goats Cheese with Orange Blossom Honey

Bread crumbed and Deep Fried Goats Cheese is to be sat on a 

‘Petit Salade’ and Drizzled with Orange Blossom Honey

All Main Courses served with Vegetables and Potatoes
